Dress Code

Our commitment at First Christian Academy is to do all things in a way that is pleasing to the Lord and that will bring honor and glory to Him. Our standard is that student appearance must be neat, clean. modest. safe, non—disruptive and reflect God-honoring values. Therefore, students are expected to dress according to the guidelines mentioned below.

God has given parents the responsibility for the nurture and admonition of their children. The following guidelines are designed to be as “parent friendly” as possible and seek to serve the functional purposes of elementary school-aged children. (Please be aware that this dress code is subject to change, update, etc.)

All uniform clothing and school t-shirts are purchased through Chillydoggear.com or Lands End

We have updated our dress code:

Boys-

Bottoms: khaki or navy pants or shorts. NO jeans, sweatpants or athletic pants.
Tops: Polo shirts with embroidered school logo. Shirts must be navy, white, red or light blue.
Shoes: Appropriate for safe, outdoor play and worn with socks. NO flip-flops or shoes without a back. No “crocs”. No shoes with wheels.

No hats

Boys in 4th grade and up are required to wear their shirt tucked in with a plain belt.

Girls-

Bottoms: khaki or navy pants, shorts or skorts. NO jeans, sweatpants or athletic pants.
Tops: Polo shirts with embroidered school logo or white blouses. Shirts must be navy, white, red or light blue.
Shoes: Appropriate for safe, outdoor play and worn with socks or tights. NO flip-flops or shoes without a back. No “crocs”. No shoes with wheels.

No hats First Christian Academy

All Children-
P.E. Day
Bottoms: knee length solid color baseball style shorts.
Tops: FCA t-shirt or SOLID color t-shirt with NO writing.
Shoes: Tennis shoes worn with socks

**ANYONE NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE ABOVE WILL EITHER BE SENT HOME OR BE CHARGED FOR THE APPROPRIATE UNIFORM CLOTHING.
