Misson Statement
Our mission is to partner with parents to help develop strong Christian character in our students and to provide excellence in Biblical world-view academics.
Philosophy of Education
Excellence in education must begin with truth. Truth is in God and His word. When Genesis 1:1 says, “In the beginning, God created…,” it is understood that everything that is must be seen from a Biblical, God-centered perspective. All issues of thought and conduct for mankind have their foundation in God, not man. God’s truth is the foundation of all knowledge. All courses taught at First Christian Academy are based on this Biblical-world view perspective. All of our teachers are not only credentialed, but also believe in this foundational philosophy. We believe the outcome of truth-based education will be students who are academically strong, socially competent, and have a clear understanding of the source and strength of their knowledge. We believe our students will impact their culture and their communities through lives that exalt the Savior, build up one another, and help share the Gospel of Jesus in the world and workplace. It should be clearly understood that First Christian Academy is not the substitute for parental responsibility in educating their children. That responsibility has been clearly placed upon the family. We are simply a co-laborer with the family in carrying out God’s instruction to raise our children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.
